Privacy Policy

Daily Growth is built privacy-first. There's no account, and what you write is kept on your own device. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what that means.

1. The short version

• No account, no sign-up, and no name or email required to use the app.
• Your reflections — the question, your written answer, your mood, and the reply you receive — are stored only on your device.
• We don't run advertising, and we don't sell your information.
• We use no third-party analytics or tracking software in the app.
• To generate a reply, what you write is sent securely off your device for processing — it isn't logged, and it's never used to train any models.

2. Information stored on your device

Everything you create in Daily Growth — each session's verse, the question you were asked, what you wrote, your selected mood, and the reply you received, along with your streak and your settings — is saved only in the app's private storage on your device. We do not have a copy, and it is not synced to any cloud or account. If you delete the app, this information is removed with it.

3. The AI reply

Your reflections live on your device, as described above. When you ask for a reply, the words you wrote are sent securely off your device to be processed, and the reply is returned to you. Off your device, those words aren't kept: they are not stored or logged once the reply has been generated. We may briefly process limited technical information needed to keep the service running reliably and to protect it from abuse.

4. Notifications

If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. Enabling notifications doesn't send your reflections or personal information anywhere — it simply lets the app remind you at the times you choose. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in your device's Settings.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the app and deliver its features — for example, app distribution and billing, and the processing needed to generate replies. Each handles data only as needed to provide its part of the service, under its own terms.

6. No sale of data & no advertising

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and Daily Growth contains no advertising. Your reflections are never used for marketing.

7. Children's privacy

Daily Growth is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Security & your control

Information on your device is protected by your device's built-in protections, and data sent to generate a reply travels over an encrypted connection. Because your reflections live on your device, you stay in control: you can delete everything by deleting the app. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
