1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Daily Growth (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the app only with a parent or guardian's permission.

2. The Service

Daily Growth offers a calm daily ritual and streak that stay on your device. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the app evolves.

3. Not Medical, Mental-Health, or Pastoral Advice

Daily Growth is for encouragement and personal reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or pastoral care, and nothing in the app should be relied on as such. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, please contact a trusted person or your local emergency services right away.

4. AI-Generated Content

The encouraging reply you receive is generated by artificial intelligence based on what you write. While we take care to keep it warm and grounded, AI can make mistakes or produce content that doesn't perfectly fit your situation. Please use your own judgment, and treat the reply as gentle encouragement rather than authoritative guidance.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Daily Growth begins with a free 7-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires an auto-renewing subscription, purchased through your app store account.

• Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your app store account settings at any time.
• If you cancel during the free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.

Prices and plan details are shown in the app before you subscribe and may change with notice. Payments are handled by the app store, and refunds are subject to its policies.

6. Your Content

Your reflections are yours. They are stored on your device, and using the app does not give us ownership of what you write. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups, since reflections are not stored by us.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Daily Growth lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app or the servers that support it, or by using it to harm others.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its name, its content, and its design are owned by Daily Growth or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Growth and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
